Dr. Gena Chang-Campbell is an experienced leader, educator, and professional coach. Drawing on over 20 years in Learning and Development in global corporate and academic spaces, she’s worked in a variety of industries, including banking/finance, academia, transportation, and energy. She is also a pro facilitator specializing in numerous leadership competencies, including change management, resilience, high performing teams and particularly equity, diversity and inclusion. She holds a PhD in Social and Political Thought and has taught at York and Ryerson Universities in Caribbean Studies for over a decade.
